ABOUT VIBEKE
I grew up in the forests, in a small village outside Trondheim, Norway. My dream was to become a veterinarian or an artist. During my childhood my grandmothers were my big influences for choosing a creative path in life.
My work is inspired by personal experiences, including encounters in nature and air sports, moments that pause time, unique individuals, and storytelling. I am currently working on a larger collection of paintings for the project Rewilding – Dreams, Animals, and Places.
